Oddly enough I had to email SyncroArts. The reply was to download the link from the website.
I followed this council, installed, opened up Studio One and VocALine opened up when I inserted on track. I "assume" it found the licence on its own as I'd already registered the licence through iLok manager.
Never have gotten the email confirming purchase, or receipt notice like I usually see when purchasing plugins.
It's a bit odd in this encounter but all's well that ends well.
Just thought I'd share my experience.
