When Starting up studio one 3 my factory presets are not loading says missing devices plzzz HELP!!!!

Hello studio one loads fine! Its just when i load up a song all the effect presets is missing?? I checked my presonus folder under programs and the file is there! just not loading on start up plzzz help!!
