Ipad UC Control permission

I've just bought the RM16AI, and I have a problem which I can not find on the FAQ or the web.

I've installed the UC Control on my iPad2 which has the newest software/firmware. The RM16AI is connected through the control port to my router, and then I connect to the router via WiFi network. The iPad connects to the network but I have to agree that there is no internet connection. Then I power on the UC Control which recognizes the RM16AI and connects to it but everything is grey, then I go to the settings and enter the permission code 12345 and nothing happens! I tried that a lot of times, can't get it to work. The iPad is not on the permission list. When I first connect with some other device (Mac Book, PC...) then iPad works fine and can control everything. But the problem is still happening when I want to connect only the iPad.

Please can you offer me some solution?

Best regards

An iPad can use network connections of other devices, so I would think there is something wrong in the settings of your router. There is a document for Apple routers, which also talks about the question of the demand for an internet connection. You find the document here: https://forums.presonus.com/viewtopic.php?f=202&t=4847.

And have you looked at the permissions when your iPad is connected via computer? Sometimes it is easier to set permissions on a computer (and firewire).

Hope this helps.
