Why am I hearing myself through my headphones while on the laptop every time I try to playback recordings?

Hi, I'm a complete beginner with home recording and I have no idea what I'm doing yet- I've been watching all the online tutorials to teach myself but I just can't seem to fix this one problem. Whenever I try to playback recordings through my laptop headphones I can hear myself typing/clicking on the laptop as well through the headphones - as though the laptop is recording me as well? How can I fix this?

PS: I'm using an Audiobox iTwo studio bundle. My laptop is a Toshiba.

This means you have not selected the iTwo as your audio device in Studio One. It also means you have an audio track in Studio One set to record/monitor and it's picking up your computer's internal microphone.

Please check out these two guides, which will assist you in setting up your AudioBox. If this doesn't fix your issue you'll need to create a tech support ticket.
