How long should it take to be sent the code for a studio one 2 artist to studio one 3 artist upgrade?

I ordered Studio One 3 Upgrade yesterday and it has not arrived in my email.

Hey there.
I see your upgraded Studio One 3 already within your PreSonus account.

Just login at my.presonus.com and go to "My products", then "Software". You'll see Studio One 3 Artist along with your product key.
