What cord do I need to plug in my mic?

I just purchased a mic and it came with a professional low-noise cable. It connects to the mic but the other end clearly isn't a fit for where it says "Mic".

Find out what type of connector it is. Normally you would expect XLR cable for your microphone. You may have TRS balanced or even unbalanced (far from optimal for mics). Or some other weird connector.

Most audio interfaces have combo XLR+TRS inputs, so you can plug either of them in your AudioBox USB.

In addition to the above, if you are talking about the input to your laptop or onboard sound on your tower, that is a 1/4" TS... for that, you would need an adaptor. However, if your using an interface, like one of Presonus audio interfaces, you would be well served to plug into the interface and learn the ropes of routing the audio inside your computer... best regards
