I would love for there to be an option to turn off the event overlapping where you see the grey in the events. There is literally no reason I need to trim the length of underlying audio because it's simply that - underlying audio. It just causes me to accidentally start trimming events when all I really wanted to do was maybe move the one on top. This takes the guess work out of looking at what tool your cursor is using, and then just go for it. An on/off option, that when off, hides the grey underlying audio and disables the ability to still trim the underlying audio would be great. This way you're always working with the audio on top, unless you toggle it back on.
