RML32 AI: How to play computer audio through phones output

I have Windows 10 desktop setup to play audio through the "Presonus speakers", but am not hearing any audio come out of the phones output.  How should the RML32 AI be setup to allow for receiving audio via firewire?

In the owner's manual this is described in setion 3.10 "FireWire Audio Setup". You find the manual (and other helpful things) here: http://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/StudioLive-RML32AI.
