is my 16.0.2 broken ?  i have tried connected and not to pc i have input on meters and output on meters but no dsound in phones or mains

Verify that you are properly routing signal to your Headphone outputs, and make sure you are not Muting your channels. Refer to your Manuals regarding feature operation:
