problem with RML32 AI connect

HI,

I bought recently a RML32 AI. I've create a account, and installed everything in my computer. (MAC OX10 .11.5)

When I plug the RML, wired by ethernet cable, the UC soft recognize the unit, but there is a error message , and there is no connection  ("limited or no connectivity with the RML32 AI .........) and it doesn't work .......

I've checked and changed the cable, but it's the same.

What can I do ...?

You should read section 3 of StudioLive RML-Series Owners Manual EN 23022017 "Networking the RML-series Mixer" (http://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/StudioLive-RML32AI). It looks like you are tyring to activate a network which is not set up. There is a lot of information available in the Knowledge Base, Q&A (http://answers.presonus.com/studiolive-mixers) and the forums. You need to do your homework... ;-)

But why don't you use a FireWire/Thunderbolt connection? It's much easier, more reliable and anyway you will need it for Capture and Smaart. Try that first before you look at the networking things. A FireWire connection is the "heart" of the AI family of mixers, not ethernet or WLAN...
