I'm A) running Universal Control to manage my Studio 192 on Windows 10, and B) running UC Surface on my iPad in hopes of connecting to my Studio 192. Should the two devices be able to communicate? Or must Universal Control and UC Surface both be running on the same OS (eg both on Windows devices) to achieve tablet/surface control?

I ask because I am not able to see my Windows 10 based Studio 192 Universal Control mix from my iPad. I have checked my firewall settings, etc.

Ensure that you have installed the current version of Universal Control.

You may also try uninstalling the UC remote app from your iPad and reinstalling it as well.

If you still have trouble, create a Support Ticket and an Agent can assist you with troubleshooting.
