Does Studio One support separate Interfaces for Ins and Outs like Logic?
Studio One 3
Can I use an Audio Interface as an "in" to Studio One and my Mac's speakers or headphone out as an "out"? Right now, my audio interface takes over both as an "in" and "out". I want to know if there is a way to separate the in and out like in Logic.

On OS X, by creating an Aggregate Device in Audio MIDI Settings you can achieve this.
Once the Aggregate Device is set up, choose that Aggregate in Studio One > Preferences > Audio Setup. And then configure the I/O settings.
