Restarted 5 times today.

Not anymore, seems that this solves the issue for me

Windows 10
related to an answer for: Random freeze, require hard shutdown

Microsoft has been rolling out some intense updates to Windows 10 in the last month.  By you rebooting, your system may have eventually applied all updates.  Either that or maybe something was finally updated in your registry correctly.  Glad to hear you are back up and running.
