Roland SH-01 Gaia inputs midi nicely to StudioOne 3 - and outputs nicely using a VST synth on one track.  When a second real-world synth is used as the output on a second track, the VST outputs cease and the Gaia input to the first track also ceases.  Is there the functionality to route the Gaia input to both tracks at the same time?

If you want to play all your real-world synths back in real time, you'll need to consider the capabilities of your hardware first.

It would appear that you want the Gaia to trigger on more than one track in real-time. To do this you'd need to acquire another Gaia (or as many as you can afford to run for the number of simultaneous MIDI tracks that you like that synth playing on). This can get quite expensive.

What you are asking for effectively is called a MIDI Splitter. A MIDI Splitter takes your MIDI Output and splits it to multiple outputs. You would need to use an External Third Party MIDI Splitter coupled with a MIDI Interface with as many inputs needed to match the number of MIDI Outs that you're creating. Just do an internet search to find one that meets your price and is available in your region.

The easier way to do this would be to record the sequence as an audio track (or section and loop the sections you like). Then build your song from there.
