Ive tried connecting the mic to this Device port, but my first sign is there is no power to the microphone! Does this mean it does not supply any power through this port? Do I need to buy a microphone that connects to the audiobox itwo xlr port at the front?

The AudioBox iTwo is designed to be connected to a standard computer or an iPad.

A USB mic is designed to be connected directly to a standard computer.
