Never had a problem using Studio One at all but after updating to 3.5 I can't seem to run in 64 bit precision mode.

The DAW is playing music but there is no sound except for a distorted crunching sound.

I have Windows 10 64 Bit

970 GTX Nvidia

16 Gig Ram

I have tried everything from a fresh install to updating all drivers on my windows to a clean windows install.

Very confused and running out of ideas?

Hi,

You didn't mention what audio device your are using, if any.  If you are using an audio device, setup Studio One's Audio Setup to use Windows Audio to see if it plays there.  If so, the issue is with your audio driver.

If you are only using Windows Audio, your motherboard audio device, make sure that the song sample rate is the same as the audio device sample rate and shut down everything else that may be trying to use the audio device like YouTube or anything else and see if it plays.

If not, submit a support ticket and include an NFO file as outlined below so that the support rep will have more information for the first response...

To access your PC’s System Information on Windows 8 and Windows 10:
1. Go to the Desktop.
2. Press [WinLogoKey] + R to bring up 'Run'.
3. Type 'msinfo32' without quotes.
4. Press the [Enter] key.
5. IMPORTANT: Click File then "Save...", save this file as a .nfo file format and rename the file your name and attach it to this email.
