Why does Studio 192 Mobile Max out my Computer Processor?

I have a HP Beats 15 that has 8GB, 1 TB, and a quad core (with six threads... or maybe a six core) AMD processor. I was using a Dell Desktop with same ram and quad core; but no USB 3. I moved to the laptop so my 192 Mobile could take advantage of the USB3 on the Beats. However, ever song I bring up in Studio One now has the processor of the computer maxed out, even when I bring it down to 44.1/16 bit.

Is there some internal optimization I need to do, and if so what does it entail.

PS. There are almost no video's on the 192 Mobile and the included paperwork say nothing about really how to operate this thing.

Thank you.
