my product key for studio one keeps stating invalid when entering it into the software registration

windows 10, blue yeti came with studio one registration key code. not working.

PreSonus should have sent you a temporary password by email. Use it to change your password in My.PreSonus. You can now use your new password to sign in and install the free demo.
