Using a MacBook Pro with Ableton Live trying to connect a MIDI into my Presonus firestudio 26x26. No MIDI signal. Help!?

The problem is definitely the FireStudio 2626.  It has been discontinued for many years and is not supported for current computer and operating systems.  You may find further information on the PreSonus Forums.
