Question

Why do i still hear bass notes on track aftr i have deleted them. You cant see them on wave file but you can hear them. Like when i am fading my bass, it shows a fade in wave file but it doesnt fade in sound

From what you describe, I would guess that you are monitoring/listening to a direct/dry Input signal from your audio recording interface.  To hear what you are changing or effecting thru Studio One, you need to "mix" computer playback to your Phones/Main Speaker Outputs.  If you have an AudioBox, this article should illustrate this.
