New user here with a 16.0.2. I have been trying to record into a few different pieces of software using the 12 XLR jacks. It seems to work on all channels but when I play back, only channels 1 - 8 play. Guessing I need to change a setting in the dual/split channels 9/10, 11/12 etc. but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The StudioLive 16.0.2 Hardware manual references the line inputs (Section 3.1):

"Stereo Inputs. Channels 9 through 16 are stereo inputs. Each pair of channels is controlled by a single fader, Solo, Mute, and Select button. By default, Channels 9/10 through 15/16 are set to be mono, so that only the mic preamplifier for the Left (mono) input will be heard. When these channels are unlinked, the Right input is not accessible on the mixer. To insert the Right input into your mix, you must engage Stereo Link."

Recording these inputs are no different as the left channel and right channel are recorded separately, regardless of configuration.  Setting up a 16.0.2 for recording can be found in 7.1.7, 7.3.2 and Section 7.7 of the StudioLive Software Library Reference Manual.
