Can studio one go in my C drive and sound sets/add ons in D drive? Will missing files box appear if I do?

O/S: Windows 10

128gb SSD Drive (C), 16GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive (D)

You most certainly can. You just want to point S1 to look at the folders on the other drive; so that it knows were they are.
