If you are unable to download items from our website or from within the Studio One software, please try the following:
1. Make sure you are not using a wifi hotspot or your phone as a tethered internet connection
2. Try a hard-line connection as opposed to a wifi connection
If you are connected by a hard-line to the internet and are still having trouble downloading please contact your internet service provider to let them know about the issue.
Some ISPs throttle downloads from the PreSonus site. This can happen in an attempt to cutback on illegitimate software downloads. You may need to direct an agent from your ISP to our website so they can verify it is in fact a legitimate website.
