Quantize audio track not working but quantise instrument track does, cannot figure out why.

Using a Macbook Pro with OSX El Capitain. Got StudioOne 3 Artist with audiotex 22VSL. Everything works so far until I tried to quantize my audio guitar track. No change, no markers, no anything. I read the help, watched a few videos, tried all kinds, no different. I tried it on an instrument track using my midi device and that quantizes fine. What am I missing?
