Why will my audiobox usb work properly on my computer? Do I need more power?

I have a red audiobox usb and a red blue spark microphone. I am running Windows 10 on a HP with a 32 bit operating system and a x64-based processor.It has a AMD athlon(tm) Duel Core Processor 5000B 2.60 GHz. My Daw is studio one artist, but the beats headphones I use do not pick up all sound. I get more sound if I barely plug my headphone into the audiobox usb. Is my computer just too slow to run all this hardware? Are their any other options I can use to possibly feed the audiobox more juice? Ive been stuck for about a week now and I cannot record. somebody help!

1. This guide covers common AudioBox setup and configuration issues, as well as addresses basic reasons for the device to not seem to function properly:

2. If the above guide does not resolve your issue, the driver may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled properly. Below are instructions for how to do this:
