Question

My AKAI MPK Mini Mkii works with all of the instruments, so far, except for the Impact SI- instruments that came included with my upgrade to Professional. Does anybody have any set-up procedures or tricks to making these work? They do work using the onscreen keyboard but want to use my external one. Thanks!
