Randomize Function - Plugin parameters, track muted...

Hi there,

Coming from the Game Audio community, it often happens we put randomness in our process, in game and outside.

The Reaper Game is strong in the the game audio worker community, and some of them use this kind of thing, to mute layers in sound design, or make some surprise with plugin parameters (with the options to lock some of them).
