Question

I use Ableton Live 10. I just got Faderport 16. Currently, the 16 channels are split into 8, the first 8 channels, repeat on strips 9 through 16. How do I get it to show 16 different tracks?

I have set it up per the faderport manual in Ableton

All you gotta do is change the 5th line to "Mackie Control XT"

Since Mackie Protocol works in banks of 8 you must add an "extension" hence the "XT"
