Studio One Pro Upgrade not in account and cannot open a support ticket

I have purchased the upgrade of studio one artist to professional but my presonus account is not updating with any new products, or any new product key for the existing artist software.

Also, I cannot open a support ticket with the presonus account to get support, hence I am posting here.

Same for me - please assist asap - because drivers and licenses cannot be retrieved without adding Serials, which is technically not possible in this portal!

Same here! The only thing that's happened in a few days ist getting an invoice and having my money changed from my bank account to Presonus'. Can't work with my VSTs or video files. No phone support available for Germany. Sent mail, but got no answer. Online via different browsers it was not possible to save a created support ticket; the only thing that helped here was the android app. Well, I hope it worked - the ticket is not showing up somewhere. Would it be mean or rude to say WTF??? That's absolutely not acceptable!

Changing from X32 and Reaper after running both for years without any problem I thought to have a better option (which it'd be if it worked!) with the combination of SL and S1. Unfortunately even installing and running SL III/UC on one of three (3!) different computers took about ten (yes, 10) hours before accidentally getting the information from elsewhere not to use USB 3 - and now it works and freezes my computer only 3-5 times a day. At least the mixer would be controllable via tablet (of course not via phone, because having the app made usable for that screen size would be - well, just ask David from Mixing Station (who, by the way, reacts even via Facebook in no time!). That really sucks... angryangryangry

I'm a fellow victim. No product key for my Artist to Professional Upgrade and unable to save ticket. There is another thread discussing it but those guys at least were able to lodge a ticket.

I thought to use email, but the contact page says "Requests for Technical Support should not be submitted here. " and they direct you to the support page. However, the support page just instructs you to enter a ticket, which of course doesn't work for me. I can only hope that it will be fixed promptly after the weekend.
