Hey everyone, looking for options here being that Presonus has no phone support --URRG!
I have been using Faderport classic for years seamlessly , I decided to upgrade to v2 and cannot get it to respond. The unit shows up, says its connected, but no response at all in controlling S1.
I HAVE TRIED:
- Resetting unit to S1 mode
- removing and reconnecting in my external devices in S1
- updated firmware
NO LUCK -- Ideas?
