Question

i have purchase the Upgrade for Studio One 4 Pro but when i try to register the product it gives me error, appears to me the Pop up marked... "you need to supply the product key for the software yuo want to upgrade" as if the serial number did not exsist or it was wrong....how can i fix this problem? hel me!
