Before I had version "Prime" installed, but then also uninstalled... no changes!

Are you using a Mac by chance? If so, is it possible that prime is saved to your doc? I would try right clicking on the logo in your doc and choose "remove from doc", then open your applications menu click studio one artist, and once it's open, right click on the logo in the doc again and choose "keep in doc".

If you are using windows, maybe it's a similar situation if you are using a shortcut to open the program.
