Product registration

I registered my product when I first installed my device but without creating a mypresonus account.
Now I would like to register my product with my account, but it says that the serial number has been  already used which it makes sense. What can I do?  Or it doesn't really make a difference?

I would log a ticket with support.  They are really good at helping people out and tend to be right on it.

Depends on the product.  Some come with software goodies for free.   But that being said, log a ticket and explain your situation.  You have been a bit vague in your description, so I can't be more help.
