I am using my Faderport (2018) on firmware 3.43 with pro tools 2020.3.0.
The main play/pause button is not working as I expect - during playback if I hit that button it resets the cursor back to the starting position and restarts playback. I have to use the "stop" button to actually stop music from being played. I'd like the play/pause button to pause and NOT restart playback.
I read through the config for other DAWs and it seems like this is the normal behavior for the Faderport using Logic, but the description of the button behavior was different for pro tools. Is the documentation wrong or should this behave more like the play/pause button in the pro tools transport?
Is this something that can be changed via configuration?
