Can I connect my Quantum2 to both my Macbook Pro and Mac Pro at the same time?

I am using a Macbook Pro with my Quantum2 with no issues or problems.  I have purchased a Mac Pro and would also like to us my Quantum2  with it as well.  Can this be accomplished with the quantum working connected to two different Mac?

You can, however only one computer can use the interface at one time.

This is an unsupported configuration.
