I've fixed the sample rates of my audio recording and playback device, but Studio still tells me to fix them!

I received a new USB microphone, but after it installed and I opened Presonus Studio One Prime, it told me that the sample rates for the input and output devices didn't match.  I opened the device manager and changed them both to 16 Bit 44100 Htz, but it still brings up the same message whenever I open Studio One.  I even checked the sampling setting in the software.  I can record via Windows voice recorder, so I know the issue isn't with the microphone.  What more does this program want from me?

I'm in the same boat.  I get the sample rate mismatch error.  But I've made sure my input device is the same (16bit 44100Hz) as what the recording in Studio One 3 is set to.  I'm at a loss.

Sorry, I meant to reply to the post.  I didn't realize I submitted an answer.  Apologies if you get a notification you're question has been answered only to find my comment that I'm running into the same thing.

I'm having the same issue as well, if someone can help with this, that would be awesome!! I'm stuck and have no idea what to do, though i have been playing with the vst plugins.  Would love to record audio!
