When I specified the file location when I want to open a file under the settings, for some reason even after applying and hitting OK to save the settings, when I restart the computer and launch the program and open a file, it gives me the default location to open and not the one I specified to open. the bottom line, the changes do not get saved.
Is there anything special that needs to be done in order for the changes to get saved?
