How does output for transposing instruments in Studio One 5.3?

I'm have a MIDI track using the Kontakt player plugin with a French Horn sound from the Orchestral Tools Berlin Inspire Sound Library as the input.  So, a French Horn normally sounds down a perfect 5th, meaning for example if the majority of my instruments are non-transposing and the overall key is G, then my Horn part should have D (two sharps) as it's key signature.  So, for example, when I see an F# in the score for the Horn part it should sound as a B natural (down a perfect 5th).  Is the sounding down a perfect 5th not handled automatically?  I was able to achieve this by adjusting the 'transpose' attribute of the track down seven semitones, but this seems like something that should be easily handled by Studio One.

Can someone help me out?
