I have a Microsoft Surface Pro X which runs on Windows 11 ARM64 architecture. I can not find an audio interface that is compatible with this operating system yet. Please make the ioStation 24c or other Presonus audio interface compatible with this new operating system. You've done it with the M1 Macs, why not the Windows ARM64 devices too? You'll be the first and can dominate this emerging group of computers.

I am also highly interested in this feature. I own a PreSonus Studio 24c which I try to use on my ARM64 based Microsoft Surface Pro X. Windows Device Manager recognizes parts of the device but System says the driver is not available. As a consequence the interface cannot be selected as an audio I/O device.

I have checked the drivers contained in the Universal Control installation package. None of them provides INF files for the .ntarm64 platform architecture.

Please make this site support dark mode.

Please make sure that all of your products (both USB and Thunderbolt) support the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite X platform. Although my primary is an arm64 Macbook, I will consider a lack of support for the Windows ARM64 platform as questionable when it comes to future purchases of audio interfaces, because I will see Windows X86-64 as an EOL platform as of the shelf launch date of computers based on the Qualcom Snapdragon Elite X. I emphasise the need for Thunderbolt support, as the Elite X's USB4 ports will be mandated to include Thunderbolt 3 backwards compatibility as part of Windows 11 certification requirements by Microsoft, and it is only reasonable to expect there be a driver available for this.

That said, not to be a negative nelly, I want to say that the 2626 has been a solid choice for Apple Silicon Macs since PreSonus finally released a driver update fixing the debilitating MIDI bugs on the Mac platform. I just hope the same support is afforded to Windows arm64 platforms.

It is hoped that the official will pay attention to the growing number of users of ARM devices.
