Question

I got the Audobox along with the Studio One software, I am completely new to this and no idea how anything works or what I am doing. I hook up my guitar to my Audiobox which is hooked into my PC by USB. I run Studio One and start recording but I cannot hear my guitar in the program. I currently use USB headphones and was wondering if I must get headphones that hook into the Audiobox? Or is there some way I need to activate the sound in Studio One?

If you're using USB Headphones, your computer may be recognizing them as a separate audio device than your AudioBox USB. Studio One only allows you to use one audio device, so it may be sending its output to your AudioBox USB's outputs - not your USB headphones. You may want to try connecting a pair of headphones to your AudioBox to see if you can hear yourself.
