Song templates not loading correctly is usually a symptom of a Studio One installation gone awry. Try a full uninstall/reinstall of the software via the instructions below:

1. From the Windows "Start Screen" Type in "Control Panel" and press the "Enter" button.

2. Click "Uninstall a Program" from the "Programs" category.

3. Locate Studio One in the list and uninstall.

4. Next, go back to the Windows "Start Screen" and type: "%appdata%" and press the "Enter" button. Find the "Presonus" folder, then go to the "Studio One" folder. Locate the "user.license" file.

5. Place this file on your desktop. Now delete the Studio One Folder.

6. Restart your computer.

7. After restart, go to our website, login to your account, http://my.presonus.com/, and download the latest Studio One installer.

8. After the download completes, install Studio One. Windows users, make sure to right click the installer and select "Run as Administrator". Open Studio One once to the start page, if prompted to install or activate the software close those windows and proceed to the start page. once Studio One has booted to the start page, close the software and proceed with the next steps. This is done to re-initiate the roaming folders so the license file can be placed back in the AppData folder.

9. After the install completes go back to the Windows "Start Screen" and type: "%appdata%" then go to the "PreSonus" folder, then to the "Studio One" folder. Place the "user.license" file from your desktop into this folder.

10. Open Studio One and test your issue.
