The last time you opened Notion, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?

I get the above error message when I try to open Notion 6 on my Macbook Pro. No matter whether I try to reopen the windows or not, the program will not open. I uninstalled the program, and re-installed a fresh copy, but the same failure repeats.

I used to get error reports to furnish to Apple, but not after the fresh re-install.

Has anybody experienced the same issue, and found a solution please?

Hi Paul. I had the same problem with NOTION5 when I changed from OS X Yosemite to OS X El Capitan. When I re-started my computer, I could enter the program once. After getting into the program I wasn't able to update anything. Mr. Brian Meisner explained to me, that this was due to the fact, that NOTION hadn't yet upgraded to "El Capitan". So if you perhaps have updated to the new "MacOS Sierra" this could be the problem...

Now I have upgraded to NOTION 6 too, and today I wasn't able to open the program at all, although it has work perfectly for months until now . I do not use the "Sierra" yet, cause I know, that several of my programs won't work with that straight away (i.e. Cubase), but still it isn't working.

But again: If I re-start my computer I get into the program once...

Hope we get somer answers in here - Hi, Totte
