i just need a rough cd make from my recorded tracks so that my new bass player can learn our new (unrecorded thus far) songs

Easiest way to do this would be as follows:

1) In Studio One go to Song/Export Mixdown

2) Bounce the track out to the location you chose in the Export Mixdown window

3)  Open up iTunes and create a new Playlist

4) Drag the tracks you want to burn to cd on to the playlist

5) In the Playlist settings choose "Burn To Disk"
