firestudio not intializing

i am getting an error message when opening up Studio One 3 Artist: Audio device Presonus Firestudio could not be initialized. Please check your hardware configuration and try again.

I am fairly new to this so please be detailed in your instructions

Dell Alienware  15R2

Windows 10 version 1511

Intel Core I7-6700  2.6 ghz

Audiobox iTwo -bought and downloaded this past Saturday came with Studio one 3 Artist

You will need to go to the Studio One options by selecting in the menu bar Studio One > Options.  Then go to the Audio tab and select the Audio Box in the drop down box. Click OK.
