I am a newbie here and about to register a new Firestudio Project Interface which comes bundled with Studio One Artist Version 2.

Should I install and use the Studio One Artist V2, or can I download and use Studio One Artist V3 after registering ?

You should receive a license for Studio One v3 Artist in your user account after registering your FSProject.

As long as your computer meets the required specs for v3 then yes you can download and install Studio One v3.
