This request is to increase the Delay range in the Track Inspector (which is just an offset control) by more than + or - 100ms (which is the current limit in either direction).

Real world scenario: I've got a sample library (Cinematic Studio Strings) where the string legato introduces a 300ms delay in the note onset in order to create a smooth legato effect. In Cubase, you adjust the offset to -300ms and everything lines up. In S1 however, the "Delay" (in track inspector) is limited to +/- 100ms.

If you jump to 4:20 here and watch for about 30 seconds, you can see exactly what I'm talking about, along with how easily it's addressed in Cubase:

May 23, 2017 EDIT: This was completed in 3.5. Offsets now go as high as 1,000ms in either direction!

closed with the note: +/- 1000 ms track delay
