Could i use VSL1818 only as Interface (without a PC)  for 8 Line Inputs,

which i send over ADAT to another Audio Interface (not a PC) ?

No. The 1818VSL does not operate as a stand alone preamp / converter unit.

You need the DigiMax DP88.
