Studio One can't initialize Novation LaunchKey 25

I recently acquired a Novation LaunchKey 25, but when I go to select it as the audio device in the Audio Setup section (where I can also see my AudioBox iTwo and 'Windows Audio'), I get the message "Novation USB could not be initialized".

The LaunchKey is properly installed and updated. Any ideas?

Do you have it hooked up as a audio device or do you only have the usb hooked up?
