What are the differences between the Audio Box 44VSL and the newer Studio 6/8. The specs seem very similar.

I'm looking into purchasing a new interface and am curious what the differences are between the AudioBox 44vsl and the Studio 68? They have very similar specs. Is one simply replacing the other?
