How to reduce MIDI latency for Instrument Tracks containing MIDI generator VSTs?

Dear all

I switched from Ableton to Studio One 4 3 Weeks ago and I have a question that I was not able to solve via Youtube and/or reading the manual.

I am using a VST called NORA. This VST Instrument is actually not creating sound... it's a MIDI generator. (As a matter of fact it should not be an instrument since it's a tool like Chorder.)

Never the less I can use the output MIDI generated by NORA (on Instrument Track A) to be the input of a VST Synth (on Instrument Track B).

Unfortunately the MIDI received is suffering from a lot of latency. Listening directly in context is not possible. The only way to use the VST is to record the MIDI, quantize it and change the Instrument Track MIDI input to "none".

Is there a way to deactivate the delay-compensation for Instrument Tracks that are used as MIDI generators? Or is there another way how MIDI Generators must be used in Studio One 4?
